You could spend weeks and still have more to do. Ashland and Jacksonville are hot spots for music, theater, art, culture, and food. • Experience farm-to-table dining and award-winning pinot noir, and visit the covered bridges and waterfalls. Salem is the State Capitol and is filled with historic buildings and landmarks. • Oregon has 363 miles of coastline. Some coastal cities are busy on summer days, but if you venture farther south, you'll see the crowds thin out, and there's tons of room to stretch out.
